Less is more. Rooms will look larger with less furniture. Pack items you don’t need. Clear out kitchen counters, dressers, nights stands, bathroom vanities, etc… Organize Pantry, Closets, basement and garage. Clean windows, floors, bathrooms, appliances and built ins


Spruce up the landscaping, especially in the front yard. Mow the lawn, trim the bushes. Repair/replace shutters. Re/pair replace window and door screens. Consider painting or replacing the front door.
